About Us

MC² Professional Care Services was established in response to the need for residential mental health programs that balance compassion with structure and accountability. Our organization is built on the belief that long-term stability is supported through consistent environments, clear expectations, and respectful relationships.

Across North Carolina, there is a growing need for mental health supports, with an ongoing shortage of appropriate care capacity. Nearly two in five North Carolinians live in areas designated as mental health professional shortage areas, intensifying demand for community-based residential support services such as those provided by MC² Professional Care Services.

We operate community-based residential homes that emphasize routine, supervision, and collaboration rather than institutional care. Our focus is not short-term placement, but sustained support aligned with each individual’s assessed needs and approved service plan.

MC² Professional Care Services is committed to ethical practices, regulatory compliance, and thoughtful partnership with Managed Care Organizations, care coordinators, guardians, and provider teams to support long-term stability and progression toward greater independence.

Mission & Vision

Our mission is to provide safe, structured, and person-centered residential mental health care that supports stability, dignity, and improved quality of life for adults living with mental health challenges.

Our vision is to establish trusted residential communities that foster healing, personal growth, and long-term independence through structure, consistency, and meaningful collaborative team approach.

Founder & Owner

Crystal Davis founded MC² Professional Care Services with a clear and intentional purpose: to create residential environments where individuals living with mental health challenges are supported with dignity, structure, and respect. Her vision for MC² PCS is rooted in the belief that stable, well-managed environments are essential to long-term wellness and meaningful progress.

Crystal holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master’s degree from Liberty University. Crystal is committed to community involvement and philanthropy, with a longstanding passion for service and advocacy. She believes strong communities are built through intentional investment, collaboration, and care for the most vulnerable. Above all, she is a family-oriented proud mother of two, a role that informs her leadership with empathy, responsibility, and stewardship.
