MC² Professional Care Services does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you or someone you support is experiencing a mental health emergency, please use the appropriate crisis resources below.

• Call 911 for immediate emergencies

• 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline – Call or text 988 (24/7)

• Local crisis services as directed by your Managed Care Organization

Residents and families are encouraged to follow guidance from care coordinators and local emergency resources when urgent support is needed.

Managed Care & Care Coordination

Residential mental health services at MC² Professional Care Services are coordinated through Managed Care Organizations and care teams. For questions related to eligibility, service authorization, or care coordination, please contact your assigned care coordinator or Managed Care Organization.

MC² Professional Care Services works in collaboration with:

• Managed Care Organizations

• Care Coordinators

• Legal Guardians

• Community providers and hospitals

Services and placements are provided in accordance with approved service plans and applicable regulations.

Information for Guardians & Families

Guardians and family members play an important role in supporting individuals receiving residential mental health services. We encourage ongoing communication with care coordinators and provider teams to ensure continuity of care and alignment with approved plans.

Additional Support Resources

Individuals and families may benefit from additional community-based supports beyond residential services. These may include outpatient providers, peer support services, and community programs as recommended by care coordinators and clinical teams.
